About the Event

This year’s theme, Unity in Diversity, sits at the heart of the event. Through vibrant cultural moments, meaningful networking and a thought‑provoking panel discussion, we’ll explore what unity looks like in today’s world — and why it matters now more than ever.

We’re also delighted to welcome Rupinder Kaur Waraich — West Midlands–based multidisciplinary artist, writer, performer and storyteller — who will deliver a powerful spoken‑word performance that brings this year’s theme to life. Working across poetry, theatre, film and performance, she creates feminist work exploring the intersections of body, language, memory, sexuality, spirituality and belonging.

Whether you join us to learn, connect or celebrate, this event offers a space to engage authentically, build relationships and honour the richness and diversity of South Asian heritage.

We hope to see you there. Tickets are free but registration is essential to help us keep track of numbers.
