"Priya from PREACH Inclusion supported WSP and CREED in delivering a highly successful South Asian Heritage Month event, attended by approximately 75 plus colleagues from across the UK & Ireland, India, and the Middle East.
The event explored themes of belonging and allyship, aligning closely with our internal theme of Celebrating Our Differences.
From the outset, Priya took the time to understand our objectives and tailored the discussion accordingly. Her preparation was particularly impressive, including detailed research into each panellist's background and a rehearsal session that enabled panellists to review and shape the discussion in advance. This resulted in a highly engaging and authentic conversation that played to the strengths and experiences of those involved.
Throughout the planning process, Priya was adaptable and collaborative. When the event format changed from in-person to online, she adjusted seamlessly, using thoughtful prompts and audience engagement techniques to ensure the discussion remained interactive and impactful. She also skilfully balanced contributions from both WSP and client panellists, ensuring that all perspectives were represented and amplified.
On the day, Priya demonstrated the value of an experienced moderator. She guided the discussion with confidence, responded naturally to panellists' contributions, and kept the audience engaged throughout. The positive impact of the event was reflected in the feedback received, with one panellist personally sharing that the discussion had left a profound impression on their own sense of heritage and belonging.
Working with PREACH Inclusion has been a genuinely collaborative and fulfilling experience. This was the second event that WSP have hosted with her this year, and her professionalism, preparation, and ability to create meaningful conversations have made her an invaluable partner.
